Emilio

Husband to his college sweetheart and father to four beautiful kids, Emilio’s bio should just end there. But, since he hates talking about himself, we’ll share a bit more (sorry dude). Emilio loves a light-to-medium roasted, naturally processed, medium-fine grind brewed via pour-over with 195° filtered water. But, he loves his family more. Emilio’s often practicing baseball with his boys and sneaking hang-out time with his wife. He does, however, harbor one unhealthy relationship: with the Chicago Cubs.

A self-proclaimed Hop Head and a locally-acclaimed bowler, you’ll find Mike exploring the Colorado brewery scene or trying to bowl another perfect game (he’s had over 15!). Beware on weekends though, as his moods rise and fall with the outcome of Michigan Wolverines football. Thankfully, he’s got Nugget, a sweet terrier mix, to keep him balanced.

A lover of words and stories, Alex often has an audiobook playing in his ear or is writing a story of his own. At night, he can be found on the racquetball court, challenging the old incumbents and usually losing. Though he dreams of being a Formula 1 driver, he puts his energy towards more achievable activities like house flipping, dog fostering, and travelling. To date, he’s explored over 40 countries and has Turkmenistan next on his bucket list.
